Last year, in September, I started a collaboration with GigaOm as data storage analyst. It has been a great journey so far, but has left me with no time to update Juku.it regularly. I tried to keep it up at the beginning, but it was getting harder and harder so I decided to concentrate on Gigaom.
2020 will be even crazier and I have a lot of expectations, especially because I’ll be covering more data management and cloud infrastructures. In fact, I think data storage’s role is much more dynamic than in the past, with vendors focusing more on data management and hybrid cloud infrastructures to build compelling stories for their customers. Therefore, a broader view leads to a better understanding of the market and user needs.
